We are not the closest among cousins but still get to contact each other and have a little chat every once in a while. I just talked to her over the phone last night for like an hour. When I told her about my interest about going to a culinary school, she just laughed at me and told me that she is already enrolled in one. When I asked her which school she’s going to, she just sent me the link to http://www.baychef.com. I envy her a lot because she was already enrolled in a Le Cordon Bleu school while I am here wasting my time and still thinking about it.
Oh well, looking into the brighter side, it seems that I’m not the only one in the family who is interested in learning the art of cooking. I’m taking this as a positive sign to take up cooking classes. Come to think of it, what if our bloodline belongs to the greatest chefs in the world? What if I’m naturally born chef and that my genes have what it takes to be a great chef. I may be day dreaming but who knows, this world has endless possibilities. Anyway, for now I’d be staying here at home and try to learn cooking on my own.
